Flourish on Country: Strengthening Culture and Connections. 21st September at The Wetlands Centre Cockburn.

Panel presentation International Speaker , UNESCO Chair in Bio-cultural Diversity and Education with from Gondwana Link Project and from Ngaparrtji Ngaparrtji Two-way Science for a panel discussion Strengthening Culture and Connection through science based connection to country.

Round table presentations on sustainable projects and includes Ngaparrtji Ngaparrtji Two-way Science, from academics, teachers and environmental groups to build connections for further collaboration.

The afternoon is exploring The Wetlands Centre Cockburn and the WA Animal Hospital flora and fauna of this rich bio-diverse area.��

This day will inspire educators and students about caring for country wherever you live and work.

Draft Program

What a full program we have created for you to immerse yourself in hearing about and meeting those who are actively working on ‘Caring for Country’. Here is the link to the draft program.

The 12 Round table presentations offer a diverse range of research, project and programs so have a read of the abstracts at this link. Which one would you choose?

We also have several NGO organisations who will set up at lunch time to be on hand to share what they are engaged with and answer your questions.

To round this off the afternoon will be a wonderful time to explore The Wetlands Centre and the WA Wildlife sites, hear from their educators and volunteers about the important environmental outcomes they deliver.��
